Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Position is located in Portland, Oregon

The Business Link Directory seeks an organized and articulate individual to provide general support to the office. Part time and full time positions.

Requirements:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Accuracy with numbers
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office
• Experience working on a PC
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Patience in dealing with demanding customers
• Fluent in Arabic a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Receptionist duties
• File management
• Data entry
• Faxing
• File invoices
• Send and track UPS shipments
• Work on special projects as needed for Sales or Marketing
• Communicate information from customers to graphic designers
• Assist with bank deposits and deposit summaries
